By using or accessing this website (www.mrvintage.co.nz) you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to remove, suspend or make changes to our website at any time, without prior notice. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and it is your responsibility that you check to ensure you are aware of the current terms and conditions.

PRICING
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however Mr Vintage reserves the right to alter prices for any reason at any time. 

COLOURS
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however, we do not guarantee that if a product is classified as being “in stock” that stock will be available to purchase online.

PROMOTIONS AND SALES
When there is a promotion or sale, on the entire website, category or individual products, the offer or offers, are only available while stocks. Discounts are off the regular retail price and not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Promotions may replace other offers. Accessories used in photographs may not be included in the price and colours may differ slightly from online images.

The offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The offer cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase. BLACK FRIDAY CRICKET SET GIVEAWAY
All eligible purchases between 17nd – 30th November 2023 automatically go into the draw for a chance to win a Mr Vintage Retro Cricket Set. Offer only applies to New Zealand mrvintage.co.nz website orders placed between 17nd – 30th November 2023. The billing email used to place the order goes into the draw. A winner will be announced on 8 December 2023.For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Mr Vintage whose online store is www.mrvintage.co.nz. The “Prize” refers to a Mr Vintage Branded Retro Wooden Cricket Set. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 12.59pm on 30 November 2023. One winner in New Zealand will be selected at random by The Promoter on 7 December 2023 and the winner will be notified on or after this date. Winners must have a valid order number purchased between 17nd – 30th November 2023. Failed or pending orders placed during this period are not eligible for a chance to win.  Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Employees of Mr Vintage or Boost Promotions Limited are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per order will be accepted. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mr Vintage’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. Mr Vintage shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Mr Vintage reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Mr Vintage’s reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. Mr Vintage’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Mr Vintage  after the winner has been selected.

 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100 (when applicable)
From time to time we offer free shipping for New Zealand deliveries. Minimum purchase must be met in a single transaction, after any applicable discounts. Offer is nontransferable and is not redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Mr Vintage reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. Excludes regional New Zealand postal addresses and some oversized or bulky items.
