CARE INFORMATION
MrVintage.co.nz is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colours due to washing of the shirts. We recommend soaking all shirts (including those bought anywhere, not just ours) in a salt water solution of 2Lts of water and ½ cup of salt. It is also best to remove shirts immediately from the washer in order to prevent bleeding of colours. Wash inside out, use cool water and hang dry. Do NOT iron over the screen print.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED
Please contact customer service on (093006225 or send an email to sales@mrvintage.co.nz for instructions. Please save the original packaging and damaged goods.
WANT TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
You may return any item for a refund or exchange, within 365 days of receiving the shipment. The item(s) must be unused and in resalable condition, as determined by Mr Vintage Ltd (this does not include items that have been washed in any way, dried in a dryer, damaged/stained in any way or that smell of smoke or any other odour). Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. To return an item(s) please follow these steps
1. Fill out the return portion of this sheet and return this form with the product. You may want to make a copy for your records.
2. Items should be folded and packaged in a manner that protects them. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.
3. If you want to exchange an item, you will incur a $5.00 re-shipping charge*. This can be payable by including a cheque or cash with you return package, or to pay by bank transfer/deposit use your order number as a reference when depositing into account number 12-3221-0071965-00. If you intend on paying by credit card please fill in the necessary information at the bottom of the page. Our return address is:
