Weddings
I must apologise for the lack of blog posts over the last few weeks. I apologise like this whenever I get lazy with the blogs. I think it’s because I’m not really that big in to blogging. You see, we all like the internet here – no doubt; but I mainly use it to read about football, Andy for muscle videos, Rob to look for wedding rings, Fran to find out what’s mainsteam and no longer cool, Phil for scooter forums (nsfw), and Hayden uses it for hotmail. And I guess we all use it to bring you mrvintage.co.nz.
I get given a lot of great ideas to blog about, but sometimes I just don’t feel the vibe. But I digress. The reason for my profligacy in the blogging department lately has been a week and a half long excursion to Perth, Australia, for the wedding of my good friends Rhys and Bonnie. I love Weddings, and being a groomsmen meant I was able to make use of the tie I ordinarily wouldn’t have worn; fastening it around my head for the dance portion of the evening.
Whilst there, I had the pleasure of hanging with some extremely talented people. Two of those people, Simon and Sophia, run a photography/stop-motion video/design company – Bayly and Moore. They made a neat stop-motion video that I think perfectly shows some of the emotion and preparation that went in to the wedding day. Here’s their stop motion video for Bonnie and Rhys’ Wedding day.
p.s. If you like it and are planning on getting married like Rob, I suggest visiting their website (www.baylymoore.com) and getting in touch with them. They’re good at what they do. Like, really good.
